Reset and deepen your practice

For followers of The Way app, of Henry’s Original Love program, and of Kelly’s meditation teaching, we’re offering a special opportunity to reset and deepen your practice, with live, in-person guidance from two renowned teachers.

It will also be a time to engage with that vital fuel for spiritual practice – connecting with others on the same path.

Reset in good company

From time to time we all need to reset our life, our practice, our intentions, commitments, our purpose, and our life itself. Everyone who meditates daily knows that each sit is a small reset. But nothing helps our engagement with daily practice like a bigger reset, in the company of other practitioners, and experienced teachers.

That’s what this day is about: dropping into meditation, mindfulness and awakening practices in the company of two teachers who will guide us into glimpses of a kind of ultimate reset, that brings us back to a primordial, fundamental wellbeing, where a deep reset can happen by itself.

Explore non-dual experiences with expert guidance

Henry will offer guided meditations to open up deep mindfulness, as well as encouragement from teachings, koans, stories and poetry. Kelly will offer deep restoration teachings and practice, where welcoming all of ourselves lines up with non-dual meditative exploration. And both will offer guidance towards glimpses of non-dual experience. Note: this daylong will include lying down guided practice (NDSR or yoga nidra).

We look forward to being with you for a special day of practice!
