Going Deeper

This 3-day retreat is a rare opportunity for people who have been meditating with The Way and in the Original Love programs, and any others who are drawn to Henry’s approach, to gather together for three days of deep practice and renewal.

Traditionally, the shared space of a retreat, where we sit in community over several days, have always been seen as the preeminent way to deepen our practice and our understanding of life, compassion and peace.

Meeting, discovering and coming home

Over the three days, as we go deeper into practice, we will have guided meditations, silent sitting, talks, teachings, poetry, Q&A’s, discussion time and plenty of opportunity to meet and hang out in community.

The approximate schedule is 10am-12pm and 2-4pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10am-12pm on Sunday.

The teaching will be based on various methods and approaches from Zen and other ancient meditation schools, which allow us to come back to our true home – one of peace, awareness, ease and “original love.”
